Service Hours are Monday-Sunday, from 7am-10pm
Place your order online through our website or app and select the option for local delivery at checkout. Please give us a four-hour window during your scheduled delivery time, and we will notify you when our driver is on the route to your location. If you place an order after 6pm, please note that we will schedule it for the next day's first delivery window, from 7am to 11am.
For a limited time, we are offering free delivery on all orders that meet the required minimum of $25. Also, all orders are available for in-person pick up, for any amount. This offer is valid for deliveries within a 10-mile radius from our location. If you live beyond this area, we can still deliver to you for a flat fee of $19.99 for distances between 11 and 21 miles.
- In-person pick up orders will need to be picked within 72 hours. If you need more than 72 hours, please communicate with us as soon as possible. Otherwise, any order not picked up in 72 hours with no prior communication to us, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued to the credit card used.

- Wait for confirmation email and/or text notifying you the order is ready (notification may advise of delay if any, or any other information pertaining to your order and/or delivery/pick up status)
- Come to our location during our business hours and show your confirmation email or text message to our staff members
Processing
- Items ordered are typically processed within 2 BUSINESS DAYS OR LESS after the order is placed. Therefore, orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday would be processed by Monday or Tuesday.
- Please be aware that if you order via overnight or 2-day shipping, that you will not necessarily receive the item overnight or within 2 days of placing the order. The order will be processed first, then shipped via whichever method you choose. This means that an overnight delivery can take up to 2 or 3 days to arrive to your address.
Please be aware that we operate on a fill & kill policy so if something you order is unable to ship due to being out of stock it will simply be removed from the order and the order total will be adjusted.
Undeliverable Orders
- Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed.
- Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
- If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee of $10 will apply for US shipping addresses.
